My Surface Pro version is 1. And Last night I did all the updates available, but still having the problem.

Please upload a copy of your system information file. Click "start" , type "msinfo32" , Click "file" at the top of the page, select "export" and give the file a name and click "save" .
Navigate to where the file was saved to, and upload the generated text file to a public folder on your OneDrive account and post the link here.

That device is a USB 3.0 driver. Suggest you re-install it.

I did sfc two times ( while a usb device connected also ) but no problem came out of them.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Just to be on safe side i ran dism also.

Even though I couldn't get any help from MS after tens of mail, I did it again, Maybe something changed in time. However I'd still appreciate if anyone has suggestions.
